Methods of Shipping:We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email or phone. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
FedEx or UPS will deliver your merchandise to your home or business and place it at the front area/front door of your office or home. Since FedEx and UPS both have weight and size restrictions, heavy and/or oversized orders are shipped via common carrier. Items purchased together will not necessarily be shipped together. All ship times are in business days.
Curbside Freight Shipping:
Some oversized items may be too large for FedEx shipping. Those items will be shipped to you via Freight Delivery Curbside Drop Service. You will sign for the delivery at the curb. Curbside Delivery can take one to four weeks to arrive once shipped from our warehouse. Items needing Curbside Delivery will be noted in the product description.
Furniture Deliveries:Aghomestore.com has three different shipping methods for delivering furniture. The method employed depends on the delivery zip code and the quantity and or type of furniture. Not all options will be available for all orders.
It is the customer’s responsibility to measure to be sure that the items purchased will fit through all doorways, halls, stairwells, elevators or any other passageways.
FedEx or UPS Ground Delivery:
Some of our smaller furniture pieces are eligible for FedEx or UPS delivery using Standard Shipping. Furniture shipped via FedEx can be expected in five to nine business days.
Local In-House Delivery:
Local Delivery is based on your zip code and its proximity to our store, located in Westminster, California. This option is only available for local delivery, based on your zip code and its proximity to our store, located in Westminster, California.
Upon delivery, our friendly delivery professionals will bring the item into your home, place it where you want it, inspect it, and remove packaging materials as needed.
Assembly is not included. Please be available to witness the removal of the packaging material from the item. In the event you see any damage to the box and/or the item itself, please contact us immediately before accepting the product.
In-House deliveries are typically made 1-2 weeks from the date of shipment between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The delivery agent will call to schedule a 4-hour window for delivery. A specific time for delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
Freight Curbside Delivery:
Large Oversized items are available for Curbside Delivery, a drop service delivered to you on your curb. A signature is required upon delivery. This means that purchase is delivered to your home, but will not be taken inside.
The freight company will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery date and time. Delivery drivers are not insured to bring your merchandise into your home. Please make all necessary arrangements to assist with the delivery of your items. Delivery time is up to two weeks from the time your order leaves our warehouse.
The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
Basic Freight Delivery Details
1) Shipping time is approximately 7–10 business days, Mon–Fri, daytime hours.
2) An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery.
3) You will receive a call 1–2 days before your scheduled delivery date with an estimated time of delivery.
4) Items shipped via Freight Delivery are boxed and arrive curbside only.
Important Freight Delivery Information
The freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time. The phone number used to contact you will be the daytime and evening phone numbers provided during checkout. Available delivery times will vary depending on the freight carrier’s schedule.
Before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt please inspect the carton for any damage; crushing, dents, creasing, etc., and note this on the delivery receipt. Once you sign the delivery receipt and accept the shipment the driver will depart and it will be your responsibility to unpack the item. The driver is not required to wait for you to un-wrap the item and inspect it unless there is visible damage to the package.
White Glove Service for Local Deliveries:Please note that White Glove Delivery is for local deliveries only. This means that purchase is delivered to your home, but will not be taken inside.
The shipping company will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery date and time. Delivery drivers are not insured to bring your merchandise into your home. Please make all necessary arrangements to assist with the delivery of your items.
White Glove Standard:
Standard service level provides two-man delivery, to inside your residence to the room you choose. The product will be left in the original packaging. Please contact us before ordering, for a quote for White Glove Service.
White Glove Premium:Premium service level provides two-man delivery, to inside your residence to the room you choose. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The room must be cleared and ready for furniture assembly. The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging. Please contact us before ordering, for a quote for White Glove Service.
Shipping Locations:We currently ship only to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states) at this time. Please contact us for rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Sorry, but we do not ship to Canada, PO Boxes, or APO addresses at this time. We are unable to process orders for international destinations at this time.
Note: Additional Delivery charges may apply to special warehouse and residential circumstances, including remote locations not readily accessible; please call 877.791.4201 for details about your location.
The majority of our products are in stock at a local warehouse or distribution facility for quick shipment and are transported via a specialty furniture carrier. As noted on the product's detailed listing, In-stock items "Usually ships in" is the estimated timeframe in which your order is anticipated to leave the warehouse dock. Custom orders generally have a longer lead time than stocked items, however in all cases this is noted in the " Availability" section for each product.
Aghomestore.com currently does not ship internationally.
International shipping restrictions:
Shipping Charges:We provide free shipping within the 48 US contiguous states. We do not ship outside the United States.
Shipping Time:Some items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer; others are shipped from our California Warehouse. Once an item is put on the truck, delivery usually takes from 5-14 business days. Many items are in stock and will be shipped within 7-10 business days of ordering. However, please allow up to 4-6 weeks since some items may be on backorder or must be ordered specifically for you.
Our shipping department will email you tracking information for your order when it ships.
Shipping Insurance:We will ship only within the US. Insurance is included in the shipping & handling price with no extra cost.
Shipping methods for backordered items:If items are temporarily out-of-stock, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email. You will have the choice to keep the order as placed, adjust it to exclude the backordered item or cancel the order.
Backordered or Discontinued Item(s):
We do our best to ensure products are in stock but they can, from time, to time, become backordered or discontinued by our suppliers. We will notify you as soon as we become aware of a backorder or discontinuation. You will be given the option to keep your order (if backordered) or cancel for a full refund (in either case).
After the payment check-out, you will be notified within 24-48 hours via email on what day your purchase will be ready for pickup. If an item is unavailable for the scheduled day, you will be notified by the store in advance.
Be sure to inspect your purchase for any visible signs of defect prior to departing the store. Please note: It will be your responsibility to return any merchandise to the store that requires service or needs to be exchanged.
Returns & Exchanges:We offer a 30 days money back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund. Please contact us within the 30 days of delivery and we will give you a (RMA) return authorization number. Once the item(s) is received by us, in the original packaging with no damage, in new condition, we will refund the price minus 15% restocking fee & shipping cost. The shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.
Customer will assume the cost of the return shipment and must insured return item(s).
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use FedEx Ground Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization & insured.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Custom Orders are non-refundable. To return items for an exchange or refund please contact us by clickng here or email: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at 1-877-791-4201 for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled it is no longer returnable.
Return Process:Simply follow the instructions below:
- Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original delivery date.
- Custom Order items are sold as is and are not subject to return, except for damaged or defective merchandise.
- All return items must arrive back to aghomestore.com in resalable condition. Products must be new, unused, unaltered and uninstalled. The items must arrive with the original packaging and accessories. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
- Please contact us or call toll free at 1-877-791-4201 or email: email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
- Indicate your Return Authorization Number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return.
- Write your Return Authorization Number on a blank piece of paper and securely tape it to the outside of the package to be returned.
- Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured directly to Artistic Gallery Store. If the return is due to Artistic Gallery Home Store error, we will pay for the cost of shipping. Please contact us or email: firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization and instructions.
- Our item(s) are shipped "Free Shipping," we will charge our "actual" outbound shipping charges. All returns for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is only waived if there is an exchange for an item of equal value or greater, or a store credit. Round trip “actual” shipping charges will still apply. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

Damages:Be sure to open and inspect your new furniture or decorative items for damages upon receipt. You have 72 hours from time of delivery to contact customer service to report the damage item(s). Please contact us using our damaged form for assistance or via email: email@example.com on any damaged items issue. Please include digital images of damages with your description. We will immediately process your claim and determine the best plan for repair or replacement. We provide refunds and substitutions only if the item(s) that you have purchased are no longer available. It is imperative that you keep all packing materials and the damaged pieces so that a pick-up/call tag can be issued for the damaged items. Please see our complete Damage Policy.
Returned items that are found to be in working condition or shipped as ordered may not be eligible for a refund. In such a case we will email you for your decision on whether to ship the item back to you at your expense or be refunded with a 50% restocking fee and store credit.
We go out of our way to ship as quickly as possible and will make every attempt to cancel your order. However, many of our products ship direct from the manufacturer to you.
Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of orders being placed if item has not shipped.
We will need to confirm with the individual manufacturer that your order has not been shipped. Once we have confirmation that your order has been cancelled, we will credit your original credit card. Orders already in transit can't be canceled.

If we were not able to cancel your order and it has already been shipped, please do not refuse the shipment as this could result in cancellation fees being assessed. Please contact Customer Support for return instructions.
Sales Tax:CA Sales Tax of 8.75% will be added to all orders shipped to a CA address or picked up at our warehouse. There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside the state of California.
Furniture Assembly:Most items require some assembly unless the product specifically states fully assembled. All parts including tools, screws, nuts and bolts are packed securely in small bags and boxed with easy to follow instructions. Typical tools that you may need include a hammer, an adjustable wrench and screwdrivers. Please email us if you want to check on specific items.
Safe Online Shopping:Your Order can be completed online by simply clicking the "Order Now" button next to the item you wish to order. The secure server will protect and scramble all of your shipping and credit card numbers with Industry-Standard SSL encryption technology. If you feel more comfortable you may phone or fax your order. However, placing your order online is extremely safe and secure. Your privacy and security is our number one priority.
Volume Discounts:Volume discounts are often available for large orders. If you are considering a large order, aghomestore.com would like the opportunity to provide you with a specialized quote.
