Availability: In-stock items leaves the warehouse in 5-10 business days.

Shipping Method: Standard Ground

Standard Ground - Small Parcel:

Most small-to-medium sized orders will ship using UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS Ground Services. Aghomestore will email you a tracking number so you can track the order and check on the delivery date. Shipments usually arrive 5-9 business days from the time they leave the warehouse.

Freight Delivery Curbside - Large or Oversized Item:

Large or Oversized item(s) leave our warehouse within 5-10 business days, and are normally delivered within 1-4 weeks from the ship date. These items are shipped via freight carrier directly to your shipping address. Items shipped freight are delivered to curbside or driveway only. Please provide your daytime and evening phone numbers during check out so our carrier can contact you to schedule delivery. Most carriers will contact you to set up a delivery time, usually a 2-4 hour appointment window during normal business hours.

Most truck delivery companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you your tracking information, you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

White Glove Delivery Service

With white glove service, a professionally trained and experienced delivery team will deliver your product anywhere from a basic curbside delivery to your room of choice, please select the level of service on each product. Depending on the item, the delivery team may also provide light set-up and debris removal. White glove service may be added to any order for an additional charge. please contact our sales department for more information when placing an order.

IMPORTANT: All Items delivered via air or truck freight must be inspected immediately at the time of delivery. If the package, container, pallet or shipping box is slightly damaged at the time of delivery, please write "package damaged" on the Proof of Delivery sheet and accept the merchandise. If your package has significant damage and you believe the merchandise within is substantially damaged and cannot be repaired at your premise, please refuse delivery of the package and call customer service immediately.

Open and inspect your merchandise as soon as it arrives. If you see damages call us Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.
